Associate Product Integration Manager

Smithfield Foods -  - Responsibilities:
Lead the commercialization of new products, packaging, and major manufacturing changes, integrating business processes across products and locations.;

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams to align commercialization plans and ensure seamless execution across business functions.;
Risk Management and Problem Solving: monitor progress, escalate risks, drive corrective actions, and mitigate financial risk with Plant Operations and Corporate Food Safety Quality Assurance.;
Operational Readiness and Manufacturing Execution: ensure plant readiness for new production, coordinate equipment installations and ramp-up plans, and manage downtime requirements and first production schedules.;
Process Development and Continuous Improvement: assess commercialization readiness, define product codes and packaging needs, and align cross-functional teams on project scope.
