- Working closely with marketing peers, is expert at problem solving with a focus on the strategic value of initiatives, driving project effectiveness, and process efficiencies.
- Collaborates with enterprise-wide partners and third-party media agencies to manage marketing deliverables, from customer strategy and insights, through planning, production, and reviews to in-market, including trafficking media deliverables.
- Helps teams prioritize deliverables, driving project effectiveness, and process efficiencies.
- Creates and maintains project schedules to track deliverables and timelines for the cross‑functional marketing team.
- Maintains key artifacts, including creative placemats, marketing calendars and roadmap for program visibility, and planning documents to enable prioritization discussions.
- Facilitates and ensures cross‑functional team meetings run efficiently and uses workflow management tools to help maintain the marketing team's work.
- Self‑directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross‑functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
- Experience bringing innovation and automation to drive efficiency in workflow management tools.
- Anticipates, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues.
- Adept at problem solving and have a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies.
