Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks and other moving equipment. Performs work under direct supervision and handles basic issues and problems.

$18‑$19 per hour on 1st shift

• Accurately removes and stocks product, customer products, and supplies according to inventory plan.
• Accurately selects product to fill customer orders and packages them properly.
• Loads and unloads trucks, verifying correct items are moved.
• Picking, processing and packing orders; may be required to cut orders on a Kaltenbach saw.
• Completes cycle counts.
• Identifies, holds and segregates defective material.
• Completes paperwork per work instructions, when required.
• Performs general clean‑up.
• Inspects forklift at the beginning of every shift and reports issues to supervisor.
• Participates, supports and complies with all health, safety, ISO and 6S initiatives and requirements.
• Assists in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead.
• This position works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Ability to read and write English (in Quebec, must read and write French).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs for 100 feet.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to sit for long periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping motions.
• Safety mindset.
