Certifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- 3-5 Years of Experience in the Field.
- Power the execution of marketing platforms and technologies (CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics) ensuring data connectivity that enables marketing to build and automate journeys and event-based triggers, segmentation and real-time personalization
- Expertise in Marketing Cloud Tools
- Email service platform provider (ESP) knowledge, systems, information technology a plus (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM)
- Support CDP test plan and launch – ensure data accessibility for marketing automation system
- Represent marketing automation in CRM migration (day
2) discussions in partnership with marketing automation - Experience with Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM, Analytics platforms, ETL Tools using APIs (REST, SOAP) and Marketing Cloud Connect
- Design and implement data extensions, data models, and segmentation strategies
- Familiar with Email compliance, DKIM configurations
- Experience in creating Lightning Email Templates in Sales cloud - good to have
- Experience in dev tools Salesforce DX, building automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC implementations
- Snowflake knowledge
- Ability to set up an API call
- SQL Query experience is a plus
- Ability to closely partner and collaborate with Digital Product Delivery, marketing automation and technology teams
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and trends in digital marketing and email marketing
