Job Summary
Practical experience working in Agile development environments (Kanban and Scrum).
Location:
Smithfield, Rhode Island. Job type:
Contract. Salary: $65 - $66 per hour.
Work hours:
8am to 5pm.
Education:
Bachelors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power BI within an enterprise environment
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing Power BI dashboards, datasets, and reports
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining Power BI semantic models
- Proven ability to develop intuitive and effective data visualizations that support strategic decision‑making
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including experience working with Snowflake databases
- Hands‑on experience with SQL query tuning and performance optimization
- Experience ensuring adherence to standards, controls, data quality processes, and supporting problem and change management activities
Familiarity with enterprise scheduling/orchestration tools and willingness to participate in a weekend on‑call rotation.
