The IT Tier 2 Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and support for our organization’s environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure new equipment, and provide exceptional customer service for both on‑site and remote users.

• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing friendly and professional assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems for employees and remote users.
• Set up, upgrade, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
• Assist with on‑site support for hardware or software issues requiring physical presence.
• Use the Organogenesis Support Portal to log, track, and update support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to process improvement.
• Track and maintain an asset inventory database; secure company‑owned hardware with security tools.
• Escalate incidents to higher tiers following SLAs.

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of related technical support experience.
• Technical proficiency:
  Windows 7/10/11, Active Directory, Azure portal, Office 365, Endpoint Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to lift at least 50 lbs; travel to local locations as needed.

• Base salary range: $27.75 hr – $28.85 hr (depending on experience and location).
• 457(b) matching 401(k) with immediate vesting.
