INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is growing and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a hybrid position. This role primarily covers care at The Village at Waterman Lake in Smithfield, Rhode Island, with community visits as needed.
This is an outpatient model. We are not a home healthcare agency—there is no Start of Care and no OASIS.
- Hybrid OT role (senior living + community-based care)
- Minimum of 20 visits per week
- Focus on older adults, neurological rehabilitation, and functional independence
- Paid sick time and PTO
- 401(k)
