Manager, Institutional Publishing

Responsibilities

The Institutional Publishing Manager is responsible for creating compelling, timely presentations for institutional clients and prospects, partnering with investment, product, data analysis, and institutional sales teams, and automating production to win new business and grow important client relationships.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years in financial services marketing, communications, data analyst, data production or project management
• Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
• Highly organized, strong project management, meeting deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, collaborating across levels
• Profic with PowerPoint, translating data into visual charts applying design standards
• Proficient with Excel, pivot tables, data manipulation
• Experience with Workfront, Seismic, Tableau preferred
• Flexible, adaptive to changing content, workflows, technology
• Curiosity to scale and automate production processes
