Millwork Project Manager

Staffmark is hiring a Millwork Project Manager to lead custom environments, retail fixtures, and exhibit builds from concept through installation-inside a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, coordinating across production and installation teams, and ensuring every detail lands exactly as planned. You'll be at the center of high-visibility projects that create memorable customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage custom millwork and fixture projects from kickoff to final installation
• Conduct site visits for field measurements and installation oversight
• Identify required materials and coordinate purchasing and timelines
• Partner with production teams to ensure schedules, quality, and expectations are met
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with General Contractors and subcontractors
• Maintain tight control over scope, timelines, and project details
• Handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously with precision and organization

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of proven experience managing millwork, fixture, or custom build projects
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, millwork, retail environments, or trade show construction
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners
