Resolve shipping issues such as mis-shipments, shortages, damage, deliveries, and freight charges;
Handle incoming/outgoing calls regarding shipment of product including carriers, customer service, sales, and operations;
Evaluate and resolve aging orders that have not shipped;
Accurately generate shipping documents, freight terms, and commercial invoices;
Generate pick tickets and assign carriers as required to minimize cost
