Overview
Spanish Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant - AT&T at Prime Communications. Prime Communications is AT&T's largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, with almost 2,000 AT&T stores coast-to-coast.
A Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) is a brand ambassador to our nationwide customer base. RSCs demonstrate AT&T's products, services and entertainment options, and offer personalized wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions to fit customers' evolving lifestyles in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn a minimum base of ($25,000 + commission) with the potential to average $45,000 in total compensation in the first year when sales goals are met or exceeded. Commission is based on meeting outlined sales goals for the market.

Responsibilities- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent Prime Communications and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties; cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
- Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones, contributing to performance bonuses.
- Excel in selling AT&T products and services, including entertainment, as part of a full-service lifestyle solution.
- Work with wireless leaders to stand out, serve, and succeed within the local community.
- Clear communication skills; a positive attitude and technical aptitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit is valued; commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
- Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social media presence preferred; reliable transportation to location and to trainings/meetings.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax; maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds; ability to stand for long periods (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and manage customer inquiries and requests.
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating noise levels and varied sounds from multiple media sources/devices.
