About Us
Drives revenue by providing clients exceptional services through relationship building, sharing style/product information, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Consistently achieves individual goals supporting store success.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed sales and credit goals to support overall store objectives.
Client Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations.
- Build relationships, foster loyalty, and handle concerns professionally.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
- Seek feedback for growth and receive positive client feedback regularly.
- Collaborate and share ideas with team members.
- Lead by example, embodying company values and fostering a positive environment.
Operations
- Complete opening/closing procedures, merchandise processing, and store maintenance tasks.
- Follow loss prevention and safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory preparations and adhere to operational policies.
- Report to work as scheduled and accurately record hours.
Technical Skills
- Navigate company learning systems and perform register transactions efficiently.
- Use POS and inventory management tools accurately.
Product/Brand Management
- Understand and articulate brand positioning and promotional initiatives.
- Participate in store meetings and ongoing product education.
- Represent the brand through appropriate attire and styling.
Position Requirements
- Prioritize customer service and build a loyal client base.
- Follow directions, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
- Have basic merchandising knowledge and physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of sales or relevant experience with proven results.
