MDS Nurse
- Registered Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
- Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of NC.
- Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
