• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or GED required
  ; higher education is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow
  predefined procedures consistently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work independently
  .
• Ability to
  meet or exceed daily/weekly completion targets
  and demonstrate a results-driven work ethic.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other communication tools
  .
• Experience in customer service, research, or phone-based work is preferred.
• FCRA certification is a plus.
