Join a well-established, multi-modal freight forwarding company as an Air Freight Coordinator, managing end-to-end air import and export operations from their Heathrow office.

• Coordinate air import and export shipments from booking through to delivery
• Prepare and process air freight documentation, including AWBs and customs paperwork
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays or issues proactively
• Communicate shipment updates and handle client queries professionally
• Liaise with internal operations, network and sales teams
li>Support process improvement and provide holiday cover when required

• Proven experience within air freight operations in a freight forwarding environment
• Good understanding of air import and export processes and documentation
• Ability to complete import customs entries
• Familiarity with freight systems and tracking software
• Knowledge of air freight products and sales
• Awareness of CDS (advantageous)

• Join a respected multi-modal freight forwarding business
• Stable, full-time office-based role at Heathrow
• Monday to Friday working hours (08 : 3017 : 30)
• Hands-on, end-to-end operational responsibility
• Supportive team environment
