HGV Class 1 Cargo Operative

M4 Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Cargo Operatives for PM shifts, for our client in Slough.

This role is essential to ensuring the safe distribution of Airfreight. Shift &Start Times PM shift between 1900 - 0700 Competitive Pay Rates: £20.00 - Ltd Drivers acceptable

Key Responsibilities:

Airfreight Operations:
Safely complete assigned Airfreight routes, ensuring timely deliveries. Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct pre- and post-trip checks, reporting any defects. Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and logbooks. Communication:
Keep the logistics team updated on delivery progress and any issues. Professionalism:
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively. Requirements:
Valid UK Class 1 (CE) License Minimum 2 year of Class 1 driving experience No more than 6 points on license Clean DBS check Level D / Cargo Operative training(can be completed online) 5-year employment history for background verification M4 Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
