Annualised hours, operating Mon‑Sat with shifts ranging from 7.30 am – 6.00 pm (rota provided in advance)

In our branches and out on the road, Technicians work hard to get every customer back on the road, safely moving again. They are part of one team with one purpose – to make a memorable difference with care. We need more Technicians to join our team and help every customer go further.

A role with purpose and meaning

As a Technician, you’ll either be based in one of our branches or out in one of our fully equipped vans. Every day, you’ll help customers get back on the road, repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also offer the opportunity to buy extra products such as wipers and rain‑repel. You’ll go further to brighten their day, and in return we’ll give you all the support, training and equipment you need to thrive and grow your skills.

What

makes a great Technician?

Our Technicians come from all sorts of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry. As long as you have good customer‑service and sales skills, you’ll fit right in! Whether you’re a school leaver or changing careers, what matters is that you’re self‑motivated, great with people, and eager to learn. If you have a full UK Manual driving licence (Required) and the right to work in the UK, we’ll teach you the rest.
