£27,500 + Bonus + Transport Provided
Join our field team supporting smart‑meter performance across London and East Anglia. This is a maintenance‑focused role: fixing comms issues, restoring data flow, and replacing key components such as SIMs, aerials and comms hubs.
No installation work. Full training provided.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and fix smart‑meter faults
- SIM swaps, aerial changes, comms hub resets
- Restore no‑read / no‑data meters
- Replace IHDs, backup cells and comms modules
- Run HAN / WAN tests and improve signal performance
- Complete job updates on a handheld device
- Deliver excellent customer service in the field
- Field or customer‑facing experience
- Confident using mobile tech
- Able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
