Field Service Engineer - UK Forks Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance and repair of machines to high standards.
- Act as frontline representative for customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting connections.
- Carry out essential maintenance and servicing of hire machinery on-site with customers.
- Provide breakdown resolutions and effective repair service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/mechanical issues during site visits.
- Collaborate with wider operations teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services and customer interactions.
- Experience repairing and servicing plant equipment, including Telehandlers
- Recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- Valid driving licence
