Based at Head Office 3 days a week in Slough with frequent travel to sites in and around the South East to meet clients.

💰 £26,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to help grow our Building Services and Facilities Management division.

If you have engineering experience in M&E maintenance, HVAC services, or facilities and you’re motivated by winning new business and building long-term client relationships, this is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing company with strong technical delivery and an excellent reputation.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop new opportunities, build your pipeline, and close profitable service and maintenance contracts across a range of commercial sectors.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Identifying and winning new facilities management and building services contracts

* Developing relationships with property managers, asset managers, and facilities managers

* Selling M&E maintenance, HVAC services, compliance services, and reactive maintenance packages

* Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award

* Preparing proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations

* Working closely with our engineering and operations teams to deliver successful contracts

* Building a strong pipeline and achieving revenue growth targets

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who already understands the building services or FM market and knows how to open doors with the right decision makers.

You’ll likely have experience in:

✔ Maintenance engineering within M&E, building services, or facilities management

✔ Quoting for extra works, Selling service, maintenance, or engineering contracts

✔ Winning new clients and growing accounts

✔ Building relationships with commercial property or FM professionals
