Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to drive specification-led sales across London and the South East for a market-leading manufacturer of intelligent light management, building intelligence and work space management. This role focuses on influencing projects at design stage, working closely with consultants, large electrical contractors, and end users to secure product specification and deliver projects through to completion.
The successful candidate will be a consultative, technically credible sales professional with a strong track record in project and specification sales, capable of engaging stakeholders across the full project lifecycle. You will promote innovative solutions that support energy efficiency, smart work spaces, and intelligent buildings, positioning the business as a trusted partner rather than a commodity supplier.
This is a strategic, relationship-driven role suited to someone comfortable managing long sales cycles, protecting specifications through tender, and developing a sustainable project pipeline within a key region.
