Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to qualify and verify sales leads. Assess customer logistics requirements and identify sales opportunities. Accurately update CRM systems and assign qualified leads to the sales team. Generate new leads through outbound calling campaigns. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality. Meet agreed KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion rates, and qualification cycle times. Candidate Profile:
Previous telesales, telemarketing, or call-centre experience preferred. Junior candidates with telesales experience are encouraged to apply. Confident communicator with a proactive and professional telephone manner. Well organised with strong attention to detail.
