The Role
You will be the first point of contact for trade and retail customers, providing excellent service and supporting daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Serving customers at the trade counter
* Taking orders and processing payments
* Providing product advice and support
* Handling stock and deliveries
* Maintaining a clean and organised counter area
Requirements
* Previous trade counter experience is essential
* Strong customer service skills
* Good product knowledge (roofing/building materials preferred)
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
