We are urgently recruiting a Locum Ward Staff Nurse for a private hospital in the Slough area.

As a member of the nursing team, you will work on the ward delivering high quality patient care. You will be expected to be patient focused, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You must be NMC registered and have post‑op and pre‑op experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas.
• Managing a wide range of activities and changing priorities.
• Supporting the professional development of junior staff.

Requirements:

• NMC registration.
• Post‑op and pre‑op nursing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and detail‑oriented skills.

Compensation is a competitive hourly rate based on experience, with weekly pay and additional benefits.
