Assembly Technician - Motorsport

Assembly Technician Up to £30,000 Slough, Berkshire The Collective Network is supporting a highly regarded Motorsport supplier in the recruitment of an Assembly Technician to join their production and prototype build team. This business operates at the forefront of high-performance engineering, supplying precision components and assemblies to elite motor sport programmes. This Assembly Technician will be responsible for building prototype and low-volume assemblies, working directly from engineering drawings, build instructions, and technical specifications.

This role will involve close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to support new product development, design iterations, and small-batch production typical of a motor sport environment. You will be working within a close-knit team where you will be able to make a difference, and business-improvement suggestions will be taken onboard. Their standard working day is 08:30 - 16:30 but also offering flexible start and finish times.
