Neighbourhood Officer
Overview
Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Slough Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience. We are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer. This role will be Hybrid SL1 2EJ
.
To deliver excellent housing management services to our customers to the highest possible standards ensuring that operational performance is high and continues to improve. To ensure tenancy management for a defined group of homes, meet resident s expectations and to ensure that residents have opportunities to influence service delivery. To deputise for the Neighbourhood Manager in this discrete operational area. Provide a complete tenancy and housing management service to JEH residents to ensure services are delivered, including but not limited to:
- Tenancy
- Arrears recovery
- Estate and caretaking management
- Anti-social behaviour
- Tenancy support visits
- Resident engagement
- Must have full driving licence and access to a car.
- Significant experience of working in housing related role.
- Must have the ability to respond to residents enquiries and complaints in writing.
