This is a fantastic General Manager/ Club Manager opportunity in Slough to work for arguably the best fitness operator in the U.K. for career development with the most innovating fitness product.

This is an all-encompassing and hands-on Club Manager post where you will be responsible for managing the fitness product, operations and standards, and driving net member movement through the implementation of outreach and in-reach activity and organising gym and member events. Creating a memorable member fitness experience on the gym floor and through classes will be a key focus, achievable only by having an engaged, enthusiastic and highly skilled of fitness coaches and personal trainers who you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating to go that extra yard for members.

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic senior manager within the health and fitness industry to take on this exciting post who has a big passion for fitness product and has gained exposure to leading fitness teams, driving sales and managing gym operations. You will be a very hands-on manager who leads their team by example and who instills a work hard and have fun work ethic.

You may be a commercial fitness manager or deputy club manager looking to take the next step or an existing club manager or general manager looking to join a progressive company who will develop you and enable you to make the next step. A fitness qualification and ability to teach a gym floor class is highly desirable.
