Oversee the daily operations of an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Residential Home.

Support, guide and lead on quality improvement and compliance to ensure the home is up to standards and engaging with Children and Young People at an expert level.

Achieve and document positive outcomes for children, ensuring their needs are met.

Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Maintain adherence to Ofsted registration requirements and inspection standards.

To work as part of a new team, overseeing improvements made to the home and having input to manage this process smoothly.

• An experienced Registered Manager, who has worked within an EBD setting.
• Relevant Qualification – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or working towards.
• Excellent communication skills, being able to work as part of a team, lead and share experiences.
