Children's Home Registered Manager

New Vacancy:
Flagship Home in Slough requires an experienced Ofsted Children's Home Registered Manager.

This isn't your typical "new pass" setup; the Director has spent 12 months researching the sector and is working closely with an expert Residential Childcare Consultant to ensure they get everything right from day one.

They really are doing things differently to ensure they launch with excellence. BUT they need you as their Registered Manager (RM) leading from the front.

You will be coming in at the start of the journey. The Statement of Purpose (SOP) is drafted, but the Director wants your input. You and the Responsible Individual (RI) will have the full backing of a financially secure board that refuses to cut corners when it comes to the young people they are legally responsible for, the staffing, or the quality of the home.

• Up to £60,000 basic salary
• A real seat at the table to shape the culture and the team
• A commitment not to open a second home until this flagship home is thriving
• The RI is yet to be appointed – If you have a partner-in-care you love working with, there’s an opportunity to bring them into the fold (Part‑Time)
• Bonuses NOT based on bed occupancy
