Stock Manager

Loom Talent are supporting a national client with the appointment of a Stock Manager for their distribution center in Slough.

The role will report into the Head of Operations and will form part of the sites senior management team.

As Stock Manager you will be responsible the accuracy and availability of stock across the DC. You'll lead the Stock team to deliver excellent service, accurate stock control and strong operational performance. Your leadership will ensure the site meets financial targets, stays fully compliant and maintains high stock availability for customers.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Confident using data, systems and KPI reporting to drive performance
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
