Job Description

We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have :

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Advisors, and Generalists to ensure alignment with HR and People Strategy.
  • Analyse and review employee survey data, providing actionable insights and facilitating site-based improvement plans.
  • Develop and deliver tailored engagement strategies for each account business unit to boost morale and productivity.
  • Champion positive union engagement, fostering constructive relationships between account management and union officials.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for account teams to promote employee engagement and best practices.
  • Create and distribute monthly employee engagement communications to keep teams informed and motivated.
  • Support manpower planning and resourcing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyse retention statistics within business units and implement corrective measures to improve employee retention.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to account management teams, empowering them to take ownership of engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new and existing HR policies, including industrial relations strategies.
  • Drive a culture of reward and recognition across account teams, ensuring achievements are celebrated.
  • Identify and track clear, measurable KPIs and objectives aligned with HR goals and business requirements.
  • Deliver training on employee engagement and succession planning to support career development.
  • Maintain open communication channels, recognise achievements, and strengthen the Securitas community.
  • Implement new working methods in partnership with the wider HR team to support continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company values—Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness—and promote a safe, risk‑aware working environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR or employee engagement roles. (CIPD L5 Desirable)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement strategic action plans.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to provide a 5‑year employment history and cover any gaps where appropriate.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Ability to uphold and live the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance & Helpfulness.
