Data Centre Shift Manager - 70k + Bonus - Slough

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Centre Shift Manager to join a leading organisation in Slough's Data Centre operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in data centre operations, including holding a valid HV ticket.

• Lead and manage a small shift team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the data centre.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors on-site daily.
• Monitor and maintain high operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the timely response to any technical issues or emergencies that may arise, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
• Regularly review and report on operational performance to senior management.

• Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment, with hands‑on knowledge of operations and procedures.
• Previous HV experience is required.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and maintaining high service standards.

• Additional technical qualifications related to electrical engineering are essential.
• Experience working in mission‑critical facilities with a focus on uptime and reliability.
