What Youll Do
* Lead and manage a team of social workers and care professionals, ensuring services meet the highest standards.
* Drive quality and performance, using data and insight to achieve measurable outcomes.
* Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring efficiency without compromising care.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to deliver integrated services.
* Take an active role in safeguarding, statutory reviews, and child protection conferences. About You
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
* Proven management experience in statutory childrens services.
* Strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and best practice in social care.
* Skilled in leadership, supervision, and performance management.
* Committed to equality and passionate about improving outcomes for children and families.
