Retail Manager - Honda

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager or Business Manager for our Honda dealership in Slough. The role combines leadership, sales, and financial management to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve dealership objectives.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: £27,500 per annum

• Realistic On‑Target Earnings (OTE): £47,500 per annum

Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate financial and insurance product knowledge and compliance when negotiating sales
  • Establish rapport quickly and treat customers fairly
  • Qualify customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products
  • Monitor finance and insurance performance against budget, identify shortfalls and propose solutions
  • Assist management in forecasting, trend analysis, and dealership planning
  • Coach and develop team members to meet business objectives
  • Measure performance, provide regular feedback to the General Manager
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Business/Finance Manager or Retail Manager within the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage conflicting demands
  • Honest and respectful with an integrity‑driven mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with initiative
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
