.
- Oversee the team that reports to you, allocating work, keeping the CMMS and client updated.
- Review RAMS, write PTW, and ensure all work is in line with site SSWs.
- Attend client meetings as required.
- Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
- Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems, including valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
- High School Diploma, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills: ability to perform basic arithmetic and calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
