** Improver
* * to join our Heathrow team. This role is ideal for someone looking to
** kick-start their career in the lifts and escalators industry
** with a global leader. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and industry qualifications while supporting the maintenance and repair of equipment at one of the UK’s busiest and most dynamic locations.

** maintenance, servicing, and repair
** of lifts and escalators across Heathrow* ## Assisting with
** fault finding and troubleshooting
** to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable* ## Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance under supervision* ## Working in line with
** KONE safety standards
** and Heathrow airport procedures* ## Building strong relationships with customers and on-site stakeholders* ## Developing your skills through structured training and on-the-job coaching* ## Accurately recording work using KONE digital tools and systems## What We’re Looking For* ## A strong interest in engineering and a desire to build a career in the lift & escalator industry* ##
** Part-qualified (e.g., working towards NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) – preferred*** ## Some mechanical/electrical experience or relevant qualification – advantageous* ## A proactive, hands-on approach with willingness to learn* ## Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset* ## Ability to work effectively in a team within a fast-paced airport environment* ## Full UK driving licence – preferred* ## Flexibility to work the
** 4 on 4 off, 6pm–6am night shift pattern
** and meet airport security requirements## ##
