Gas Engineers – Domestic Service and Breakdown

Domestic Gas Engineers are required for servicing and breakdown work on domestic properties in Reading, Newbury, and High Wycombe. This large organisation offers a new van, competitive benefits, and PAYE employment with a full working week Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm on a varied day shift rota. Current average earnings range from £45,000 to £48,000 (up to £50,000).

Additional opportunities to earn extra through overtime and call‑out services are available.

The current manager was an engineer on contract and has implemented a motivating bonus structure that is very achievable.

The ideal candidate will be based in or near the above areas, reliable, hardworking, and driven to deliver the best service to clients and their residents. They should possess an excellent attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Service and breakdown work on domestic properties.
• Complete landlords' gas safety records.
• Maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Work independently and collaborate with the team.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in servicing and repairing gas appliances.
• Relevant and recent experience with various types of gas appliances.
• Ability to work a full working week Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm with a varied shift rota.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
