About The Role
Join the New Co program within the Product & IT Technology organization at Orange Business. This program is at the heart of our strategic transformation, focused on delivering maximum value through innovative technology solutions and aligned business initiatives. The Value Management Office (VMO) plays a critical role in ensuring that all projects and programs contribute effectively to our business goals, driving measurable outcomes and fostering a culture of value-driven delivery.

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, track, and optimize value realization across projects and programs.
• You will implement and maintain value management frameworks and tools to assess and communicate the impact of initiatives effectively.
• You will facilitate value-driven decision-making processes, helping prioritize initiatives based on their contribution to business outcomes.
• You will conduct value assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI evaluations to support decision-making.
• You will monitor value delivery metrics, identify risks or value gaps, and propose corrective actions to maximize benefits realization.
• You will organize and facilitate value workshops and strategic reviews to align stakeholders on value expectations and delivery.
• You will support transformation initiatives by providing value analysis and recommendations to optimize benefits realization.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of value management processes and tools within the New Co program.
• You will collaborate on specific projects aimed at embedding value-driven decision-making across the organization.
