Service Now Architect needed for a 6 Month Contract in Reading (Hybrid). Start ASAP ideally Jan 2026.
A chance to work with a global IT Consultancy on a Service Now design + integration project for an external client.
Hybrid Working - 2 days/week working remotely (WFH) + 3 days/week working from the office in Reading. Paying up to £525/day (Outside IR35).
Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
- Service Now Architect responsible for leading the technical direction, architecture design, integration + platform governance for Service Now implementations.
- In-depth hands-on Service Now Architecture expertise including design, configuration + implementation.
- Deep Service Now modules + workflows experience including: ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, GRC).
- Managing integrations between Service Now and other systems (via REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, custom integrations), ensuring reliability, security, latency, error handling, monitoring.
- Defining + implementing technical governance, architecture operating models, and instance strategy.
- Knowledge of CMDB, data modelling, metadata, core data, data governance + security.
