Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager (ideally CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified) to join a well-established primary school. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, redundancy processes, and TUPE transfers. This is a term-time position, offering an ideal work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Lead organisational change initiatives within the school.
- Manage restructuring and redundancy processes.
- Oversee TUPE transfers where applicable.
- Experience in HR management.
- Ideal CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified.
