Salary: £45,000 P/A (£29,000 pro-rata for 25 hours per week)

Mon – Fri: (9:00am – 14:00pm), flexible working hours

Are you an experienced HR Advisor, looking for a part time position? Then this opportunity cannot be missed! I’m currently recruiting for a leading Engineering company based in Slough. My client is looking for a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis due to growth in the company.

HR Advisor –

Key responsibilities:

Act as the standalone HR advisor, helping managers handle complicated situations like performance issues, absences, grievances etc.
Manage recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new starters have a smooth experience and processes are fair and compliant.
Maintain and update HR policies, run training sessions, and ensure the company stays on top of employment law.
Drive HR initiatives like performance management, wellbeing, and inclusion, while keeping accurate records.

HR Advisor - Essential

Skills & Experience:

CIPD at minimum Level 5
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently, under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft office – Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Competence in using HR Systems
