Occupational Therapist (OT) - Long Term Role

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term role in Slough. This position offers hybrid working, combining office and remote days, giving you flexibility while being part of a dynamic team within Adult Social Care Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assessment, care planning, and interventions for adults
Work collaboratively as part of the ICDM team
Support service users in achieving independence and improved quality of life
Liaise with multi-disciplinary professionals and partner agencies
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory and organisational requirements
