As a Mental Health Assistant, You Will

• Provide emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day
• Work 1:1 with pupils to support emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Assist during lessons to help pupils remain engaged and calm
• Support the implementation of individual behaviour and wellbeing plans
• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals
