Band 5 / 6 Telephone Triage Nurse or Paramedic - Bracknell
Pay Rate: £24.50 – £29.00 per hour
We’re looking for experienced Band 5 or Band 6 Nurses (NMC registered) or HCPC registered Paramedics to join a forward-thinking digital health service
. This role is perfect for clinicians skilled in observations management and supporting patients with long‑term conditions
, who want to help reduce avoidable Emergency Department visits.
- Take responsibility for your own patient caseload through telephone‑based triage
. - Deliver expert clinical advice and guidance to keep patients safe and out of hospital where possible.
- Work on‑site as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
- Location: On‑site in Bracknell (not remote)

Hours:
7 days a week - Shifts: A range of flexible patterns available
- Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse) or HCPC registration (Paramedic)
- Strong background in observations management
- Experience caring for patients with long‑term conditions
- Competitive hourly pay: £24.50 – £29.00
- Comprehensive system training provided
- Flexible scheduling across the full week
