Finance Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join a leading company in the FMCG industry. This role involves providing financial analysis and support to drive business decisions and ensure financial efficiency.

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business planning and decision-making
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain and improve financial models to aid strategic decisions
• Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management and stakeholders

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Capability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Salary: £43,000 to £46,000 per annum
