Advanced Finance Analyst (EMEA – Marketing)

Hybrid: 2/3 Days Rotation

We’re now looking to appoint an Advanced Finance Analyst to join the EMEA Finance team, supporting the West Marketing region. This is a standout opportunity for a newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA, including those making their first move from practice, who want to step into a genuinely commercial, business-partnering role.

As the Finance Business Partner to the West EMEA Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving financial insight, accountability, and performance across the region. Working closely with senior marketing stakeholders, you’ll help translate activity into commercial outcomes and support investment decisions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary finance partner for the West EMEA Marketing team, delivering clear variance analysis, commentary, and commercial insight
• Owning budgeting and forecasting cycles for the West region, including consolidation and analytical review
• Consolidating monthly results and presenting insights to Marketing Leadership, providing challenge and guidance on key business decisions
• Leading budget and forecast submissions in SAP BPC for the West region
• Supporting quarter‑end and Audit Committee reporting, with primary ownership of Marketing West commentary
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for EMEA Travel costs
• Partnering with HQ functions (Legal, IT, Capability Development) on selected G&A / OPEX areas

• Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (open to candidates moving from practice)
• Strong Excel capability (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs); SAP / BPC exposure is advantageous but not essential
• Commercially minded, analytical, and confident working with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable managing deadlines, prioritising workload, and taking ownership
• Clear communicator with the confidence to challenge and influence
• A genuine interest in marketing, brand‑led businesses, or Monster Energy itself is a significant advantage
