Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Hybrid Working – High Earnings – Slough & Maidenhead
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker to join a highly successful estate agency operating across Slough & Maidenhead, Berkshire.
This role offers flexibility, security, and genuine high earnings, supported by strong estate agency introducer relationships and high-value property transactions.
Role Highlights
- Hybrid mortgage advisor position
- Employed or self-employed options available
- Initial 3–4 month financial retainer for self-employed brokers
- Higher commission on self-generated leads
- Pre-qualified estate-agency appointments provided
- Uncapped commission and strong earning potential
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ mortgage advisory experience
- CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 (or CF6 equivalent)
- Whole-of-market mortgage knowledge
- Ambition to achieve consistent high earnings
