Financial Controller – On-Site | Shenfield, Essex Hands-on, owner-managed e-commerce group | Newly created role A newly created Financial Controller role offering full ownership of the finance function across a growing, multi-entity group. This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to a commercially minded FC who enjoys being close to the detail and playing a key role in shaping a business as it scales.

This is not a step-up role — it requires someone comfortable owning the numbers end-to-end and operating as a trusted right hand to the MD.

The Role Full ownership of monthly management accounts and year-end process Budgets, forecasts, cash flow and performance reporting Main point of contact for banks, auditors and key suppliers VAT, compliance, FX exposure and landed cost management Build and oversee credit control from scratch Stock valuation, rebates and financial controls Pricing, margin analysis and scenario modelling Property management accounts and project costings
