Credit Controller

We are looking for a Credit Controller to work as part of our finance team to help us to follow the receipt of money from our customer accounts and ensure credit facilities are not exceeded. • Responding to customer queries relating to their accounts by phone and email
• Monitoring the content of accounts within your control
• Ensuring records complete, accurate and up-to-date to enable quick reference
• Following-up on invoices
• Identifying and reporting any areas of concern for prompt appropriate action to be taken

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar credit control position.

• Experience working in a credit control / accounts receivable role
• High quality administration skills
• PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective communicator
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
