Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 18 Months - Full Time - 35 hours
Salary: £35,951 per annum to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience, plus £1,300 ECU allowance* (If policy requirements are met)

Persona: Agile: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday – 09:00 – 17:00
Closing Date: 13th March 2026 - 23:00

Would you like to join our revamped Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and help us to deliver an excellent service for residents? This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player.

Your impact in the role, as the Neighbourhood Housing LeadYou’ll be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
- Improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and making sure that residents have a home that they’re happy in.
- Being the primary relationship holder with the residents living in homes on your patch. Patches are being designed to align with local authority areas and are expected to cover around 500 – 600 homes.
- Proven track record of building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to problem solve, pride in grit and determination, can-do attitude and motivation by keeping promises to residents.
- Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the very best outcomes for residents.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Valid license and access to a car for work use.
